Our Team

Todd Hunter, Owner and CEO

Born and raised in Idaho, Todd spent over 20 years as an executive in the mortgage industry, the last 17 years with one company in Dallas, TX. By managing departments in capital markets, marketing, secondary marketing, sales and mortgage servicing, Todd developed a keen business sense and a great commitment to a critical but simple principle with regard to customers -deliver a "best in class" experience to every customer, every time.

Todd attended Arizona State University, majoring in Organizational Leadership. He served as President of the Wood River Valley Chamber of Commerce, was a member of the Hailey Ice board, as well as the Advisory Committee for the City of Hailey Comprehensive Plan. Additionally, Todd has coached football for over 30 years. He has coached at Wood River High School since 2016 and is now the JV Offensive Coordinator, as well as Wide Receivers Coach for the Varsity program.

Angi Hunter, Owner and CFO

In addition to managing three sons, Angi Hunter made her mark as an influential leader in health and fitness. Angi has managed in human resources, marketing, and fitness instruction. She has an innate ability to foster and maintain long-lasting professional and personal relationships and she wasted no time getting involved in the Wood River Valley. Angi has served on multiple boards including Syringa Mountain School and Papoose Club. She is also a coach for the local chapter of Girls on the Run. Angi facilitates contributions and other assistance for the many non-profit organizations Idaho Lumber supports throughout the area.

Angi has a degree in Finance from Ohio University.

Carter Minor, Owner and COO

Carter Minor has been a part of Idaho Lumber his entire life. Carter's grandfather, Brad "Fod" Minor, started the business as a truss company in 1974 under the name Idaho Truss. Fod's son, Matt later acquired the business and began expanding the inventory to include dimensional lumber, plywood, and other building materials. In addition to his legendary dance moves (left), Carter is an incredibly driven person, with a passion for taking care of our customers and getting every job done right. His infectious personality and sense of humor make every day at Idaho Lumber great for both customers and employees. Carter has gone from roller-blading through the aisles as a boy to leading the company.

Carter graduated from Boise State University with a degree in Psychology.

Mike Brunker, VP of Sales

Michale "Brunk" Brunker has been in the building industry for 30 years, the last 20 years in lumber sales. Mike, who worked for Idaho Lumber from 2002 to 2015, took a brief hiatus to Utah (something he truly regrets) but is now back on the ID Lumber sales team! When not slinging lumber at the pro level, Brunk enjoys spending time with his family or riding a snowmobile irresponsibly. When you need expert advice on your next project, give this young man a call!

Cindy Lewis, Office Manager

Cindy has been with Idaho Lumber since 2001. Her incredible work ethic and breadth of knowledge make a daily impact on our business. Cindy handles AP and AR functions, orders, customer service, you name it.

George Brown, lumber sales manager

George became the Yard Manager at Idaho Lumber early in his career. His ability to work well with our customers and deliver a best in class experience earned him a well-deserved promotion in the the sales department.
